A prize draw site with a custom raffle plugin

A prize draw site has to run games fairly and reliably, because players trust it with their money and their chances.

The team needed to create and schedule draws on its own, control how many entries each draw takes and know right away who won.

We designed the site in Figma, mobile first, and built it on WordPress with Elementor Pro, with sign-up, login and password reset for players.

Raffle System gives the team an admin page for every draw: a photo, a limit on the number of entries, its own win and lose messages and a scheduled date. Only logged-in players can take part, and entries can be limited by IP address when needed.

When a player wins, they see a winning animation and a form and receive an automatic email, while the team gets an email and a notification with the winner's details, stored with the player's account. Players who don't win see a random animation from a gallery. The team follows entries on every draw at any time and can adjust a draw that hasn't been won yet.

Games are their own content type with categories, so the team features them on the home page and in the all games and hot games listings.

The team launches, schedules and promotes draws from the WordPress admin and learns about every win the moment it happens.
