A job platform for a student cooperative
Box Poslovi is a youth and student cooperative that connects students with employers. We designed the platform in Figma and built it on WordPress: job listings, applications, CVs and a separate account for each side.

The problem
A cooperative works with two groups at once: students looking for work and employers looking for people. Each needs its own path through the site, and the cooperative decides who joins.
Employers also needed applications and CVs in a consistent format they could use right away.
What we built
We designed the platform in Figma and built it on WordPress with a custom theme. Students, employers and administrators each have their own registration and account. Every new student registration waits for the cooperative's approval, and new members receive an email with a payment slip.
Students build a CV through a form, choose one of several predefined templates with a preview and export it as a PDF to download or send by email. Only logged-in students can apply, and employers download applicants' CVs as PDFs.
Employers post jobs through a form, export their applicants to PDF and send automatic emails to the candidates they decline. Administrators see every job and every application, with filters, PDF export and deletion.
Listings filter by job type, category and location without reloading the page, and a pay calculator shows students what they will earn. The site is optimized for speed and set up with Yoast SEO and Google Analytics.
The result
Students apply, employers hire and the cooperative approves its members on one platform, with CVs and applicant lists exported in a click.
