A seat booking and ticketing system for a business conference
Vlah Business Conference is a business conference in Serbia. Over several phases we designed and built Vlah Ticketing System, the WordPress plugin that sells seats, takes payments, issues fiscal receipts and runs the organizer's Mastermind program.

The problem
A conference hall sells seats in several price categories, and every buyer expects to pick a specific seat, pay by card or bank transfer and get a valid fiscal receipt.
The organizer also runs a Mastermind program with monthly payments, invoices for companies and payment slips for individuals, so the system had to handle much more than one-time tickets.
What we built
We started with a WordPress plugin for seat booking, designed in Figma. Buyers enter their details on the landing page, choose one of three price categories and pick a seat on a live seat map, then pay by card through Banca Intesa or by bank transfer, with the reservation pending until the payment is confirmed. The organizer creates events with their own date, prices and number of seats per category and follows every reservation in the admin.
In the second version we rebuilt the seat map with zoom and drag, added PayPal and multiple halls, and connected Elefakt, so every purchase gets a fiscal receipt as a PDF with a branded companion document. Reservations abandoned on the bank's payment page are released automatically. The admin gained payment details, filters by payment status with bulk emails, a seats-left counter by category, upgrades to a more expensive category, Mastermind groups with monthly payment tracking, and a button that sends proforma invoices to companies and payment slips to individuals as PDFs.
Later phases added a referral program, where buyers get a personal link and the organizer sees what each link earned and marks payouts, and contract signing: once a deal is agreed at the conference, the system sends a pre-filled contract for electronic signature through DigiSigner and delivers the signed copy to both sides. Mastermind prices are changed in one place and update everywhere.
The result
The conference sells seats, takes payments, issues fiscal receipts and signs contracts from one system that the organizer runs from the WordPress admin.
