Plan terms
- Updates, backups and monitoring don't use plan hours. Hours are for changes and fixes.
- If an update we apply breaks something, we fix it at no cost.
- Unused hours don't roll over.
- Extra work is $80 an hour for plan clients and $95 an hour without a plan, billed in 30-minute increments.
- Plans are paid upfront for 3, 6 or 12 months. 3 months is the minimum; 6 months saves 5% and 12 months saves 10%.
- The plan renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 15 days before it ends.
- Sites and apps we didn't build start with a one-time takeover review: WordPress from $299, Laravel from $699.
- Not included: redesigns, new features beyond plan hours, content writing, hosting, premium plugin licenses and third-party services. Major Laravel and PHP version upgrades are quoted separately or done from plan hours.
- Response times apply on business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET.
Who it's for
For businesses whose WordPress site, WooCommerce store or Laravel app is live and needs someone responsible for it every month, whether we built it or not.
WordPress plans fit company sites and online stores; Laravel plans fit web apps and SaaS products, where errors, queues and servers need watching too.
Questions
What does website maintenance include?
Updates, daily backups, uptime and security monitoring and a monthly report, plus a set number of hours for changes and fixes. Updates, backups and monitoring never use plan hours.
How much does website maintenance cost?
WordPress plans start at $129 a month and Laravel plans at $349 a month, paid for 3 months. Paying for 6 months saves 5%, and paying for 12 months saves 10%.
Can I change the period or the plan later?
Yes. When the period ends, you can renew for a different period or move to another plan. The new price applies from the next period.
How much time does maintenance take each month?
WordPress plans include 1 to 6 hours a month for changes and fixes, Laravel plans 3 to 12. Extra work is $80 an hour on a plan and $95 without one, billed in 30-minute steps, and unused hours don't roll over.
Do you maintain sites you did not build?
Yes. They start with a one-time takeover review, from $299 for WordPress and from $699 for Laravel, where we fix what is risky before the plan starts.
Do you also support Laravel applications?
Yes, with separate Laravel plans: security updates for Composer and npm packages, error tracking, queue and scheduler checks and database backups.
What if an update breaks something?
We fix it at no cost and without using plan hours. On Premium, updates are tested on a staging site first.
