Zvonce is an application for small schools of dance, drama, music, folklore, sports and art. It keeps children, parents, groups and consents in one place, with each school's data kept fully separate. It is in beta.

What it does

  • Children, parents and groups

    One record for every child, linked to parents and groups.

  • Import from spreadsheets

    Existing lists come in from a spreadsheet: encoding, separators and columns are detected automatically, duplicates are matched, and an import can be undone within 24 hours.

  • Consents with history

    Every consent is versioned, and a refusal always outweighs an earlier approval.

  • Parents sign in without a password

    Parents open the app through a secure link sent by email.

  • Roles and an audit trail

    Permissions per role and a record of every change.

  • Nothing is lost

    Records are archived, never deleted, so a school's history stays complete.
