A progressive web app that runs a performing arts school
Drama Studio is a performing arts school. We built the Laravel application that runs its day-to-day work, from enrollment to attendance, and the WordPress plugin that handles contracts and payments on its website.

The problem
Performing arts schools run on scheduling: students, teachers, rehearsals and recurring classes.
The school needed one place to manage all of it, usable in the studio as well as in the office, and a way to enroll new students without paperwork.
What we built
We built a Laravel and Livewire application that covers student and teacher records, an interactive class calendar, attendance and administration in one place. It is a progressive web app, so staff install it on a phone and use it in the studio without a native app.
A CRM follows everyone who showed interest in enrolling until they sign, with an overview by city and program. Enrollment contracts are signed digitally and paid by card through WSPay or by payment slip on the school's WordPress site, through a plugin we built that passes the data to the application over a REST API.
The result
The school runs enrollment, contracts, its schedule, attendance and records from one system, on a computer or a phone.
