Contracts, annexes, offers and scopes of work tend to end up scattered across email, folders and signing services billed per user every month. Docs Hub gives every document one place, its own data and its full history, and lets you sign it right in the browser, with no downloads and no subscription. When the other party needs to sign, they get a link and sign without an account. At M Lab Studio it replaced a paid signing service, and a contract is now signed in seconds instead of minutes and several programs.

What it does

A searchable archive.
Filter documents by type, status, the other party, tags and period, instead of digging through email.

Signing in the browser.
A personal signature library, signatures placed anywhere on the page or drawn with a pen, and vector output that stays sharp at any zoom.

The original never changes.
PDFs are rendered and signed in the browser, and every change creates a new version with a date and an author. Documents with a qualified electronic signature are recognized and protected from edits that would void it.

Signing with the other party.
A signing link goes out by email, its status is tracked, and both sides receive the signed document automatically. The recipient sends only their signature, never the PDF, so the content can't change on the way.

Google Drive, if you want it.
Optionally connect Google Drive and send copies of documents to a folder you choose.

Private by default.
Every user sees only their own documents, every action is logged, and backups run daily outside the hosting account.
